Do I need to sign up to explore?
No. Guests can search and save items temporarily. Sign up for more access, a Food Journey profile and a lasting home for your saved discoveries.
How do I become a Snacker or a Verified Snacker?
Create an account to become a Snacker and start exploring, saving discoveries and building your Food Journey. Verified Snackers are qualified contributors who capture specific menu items and help keep Live Menus fresh. Verification involves a review of your contributions; contact us during the beta to learn how to participate.
What’s the difference between a Snacker and a Verified Snacker?
Snackers discover food and build their Food Journey. Verified Snackers also contribute menu-item captures through the verified contributor path, with content reviewed before it appears on a Live Menu. You don’t need to be verified to enjoy Snacker Club.
What are the benefits of participating?
Build your Food Journey, help others discover real dishes and receive Snack Drop invites as opportunities become available. Points, redeemable rewards and more perks are coming soon. Invitations and benefits vary by opportunity; participation doesn’t guarantee a free meal.
Is this free?
Yes. You can explore Snacker Club and start your Food Journey for free. Snack Drop opportunities and perks vary by venue and availability; an invitation doesn’t mean every meal or experience is free. Venues have separate Free and paid business options.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Snacker Club is a web app you can open in your browser. Save it to your phone’s home screen for quicker access and a more app-like experience. A native app is planned for later; for now, everything starts on the web.
Is Snacker Club still in beta?
Yes—we’re learning and growing every day. You may run into a hiccup, and some venues, menu items, media or features may not be available yet. Coverage is growing with the community. If something feels off or you can’t find what you need, let us know at hello@snackerclub.com.
What is a Live Menu?
A visual layer alongside a venue’s menu: photos and videos connected to specific dishes, with menu details to help you choose. Community captures help bring items to life. It doesn’t replace the venue’s menu or ordering system.
Can I search by budget?
Budget discovery is part of the evolving beta. Where menu and pricing information is available, it helps you explore options based on what you want to spend, who’s eating and where you are. Confirm current prices and availability with the venue.
What is my Food Journey?
A place for your food moments, visited places and saved discoveries, with a profile link you can share in your bio. Food Journey is growing through the beta, so some parts may still be rolling out.
How do Snack Drops work?
Snack Drops invite food lovers to capture specific dishes and help grow useful Live Menu content. Opportunities depend on participating venues and availability. Check each invitation for what’s included and what you’ll need to contribute.
How does the $25 thank-you work?
Introduce a venue that signs up for Business Plus through your introduction, and receive a $25 thank-you plus special Snack Drop invites as opportunities open. During the launch pilot, introductions and payouts are coordinated manually—contact us to get started.
