BUSINESS
Give the menu you already use a visual layer of real dishes. Help guests know what to order before they arrive or while they’re at your table.

Start with your current menu or PDF. We structure the sections, dishes, descriptions and prices into Live Menu items ready for real food media.
Share your menu ↗Sections → items → descriptions → prices
Each item becomes a place for visual captures and updates.

Snack Drops invite food lovers to capture specific menu items. Each useful photo or video can add visual coverage that makes your Live Menu more helpful over time.
See the activation offer ↗We coordinate an initial capture with your venue; additional coverage can grow through the community.
CONTRIBUTORS, NOT PAID CREATORSSocial posts get buried. Search results scatter the pictures. A Live Menu gives every dish a lasting place beside its name, description and price—while your current menu stays where it is.

Share your venue referralsWe turn your existing menu into structured Live Menu items, confirm the essentials with you and coordinate an initial Snack Drop with one foodie invite. You share your Live Menu link wherever guests find you, use Business Plus tools and build visual coverage over the pilot. As menu-item content reaches its 30-day limit, fresh captures help keep the menu feeling LIVE. Coverage grows over time; the pilot doesn’t promise a capture of every dish.
A Snack Drop is a coordinated opportunity for contributors to capture specific menu items. We work with your venue to select dishes that need photos or videos and schedule a practical capture window. Invited contributors visit, capture the selected dishes and submit their media against the matching menu items. The venue or Snacker Club HQ reviews and approves the captures, depending on who manages the Live Menu, before they appear. Snack Drops can fill missing visuals and refresh existing items as content reaches its 30-day limit, helping your menu stay current and feel LIVE. Dish selection, timing and any food or perks are agreed in advance; a Drop doesn’t guarantee coverage of every item.
Live Menu item content lasts 30 days to encourage fresh captures that reflect what guests can discover now. It’s a living visual layer, rather than a collection of old reviews or a one-time photoshoot. New contributions help keep the menu current and feeling LIVE.
The venue and/or Snacker Club HQ reviews content, depending on the plan and who manages the Live Menu. Venue-managed menus follow the venue’s approval path; HQ-managed community menus follow HQ review. We confirm the responsibilities with you during onboarding.
Guests want to see what they’re ordering. Social posts get buried, and food photos across the web aren’t always connected to the right dish. A Live Menu gives each item a visual home beside its name, description and price, with one link you can use anywhere. Your current menu and ordering setup stay in place.
No. Snacker Club is a web app: you and your guests can open it in a browser. Guests can view your Live Menu through its link, QR code or NFC tap point. Save the web app to your phone’s home screen for quicker, more app-like access. A native app is planned for later.
